Shipping

Snuu currently ships exclusively to Singapore addresses.

All orders are processed and shipped locally, with delivery typically taking 2-3 working days from order confirmation. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is packed and dispatched.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or other customer oversight, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee of S$5. Additional product costs apply if the original package cannot be retrieved.

Returns & Refunds

We offer first-time customers a full refund on up to 1 unit of any Snuu product within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email hello@snuu.co with your order details, ship the product back to us, and provide the return tracking number. Once we receive your tracking information, we'll process your refund.

We do not offer refunds to repeat customers, nor do we generally accept returns or exchanges beyond this first-time policy.
